Nomination fees are non-refundable. Once a nomination is submitted, the fee is considered earned by UHAC.

Award registration fees are also non-refundable. If you’ve registered for an award and need to cancel, please contact us, and we’ll provide guidance on the next steps.

In exceptional circumstances, UHAC may consider a refund or partial refund. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
