  • The Universal Honorary Award Council (UHAC) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and non-profit trust, established for the purpose of symbolic recognition, appreciation, motivation, and empowerment of individuals for their societal, professional, cultural, and humanitarian contributions.
  • UHAC is not a university, educational institution, accrediting authority, or degree-granting body.
  • UHAC does not award, confer, or claim to award any academic degree, honorary doctorate, professional qualification, license, or certification of any kind.
  • Nature of UHAC Awards
    All awards and recognitions conferred by UHAC — including but not limited to the
    UHAC Honorary Doctorate Award of Excellence, Universal Laureate Award, Aryabhushan Award, Global Excellence Awards, and other recognitions — are purely symbolic and honorary (“honoris causa”) in nature.
  • The UHAC Honorary Doctorate Award of Excellence is an honorary recognition award only.
    It is not a doctorate, academic degree, or educational qualification and must not be interpreted, represented, or used as such.
    UHAC awards carry no academic, statutory, legal, or professional value and do not substitute for qualifications issued by recognized universities, professional councils, or government authorities.
  • Title Usage Policy
    UHAC awards do not authorize the use of “Dr.” or any doctoral prefix or suffix. Awards may be referenced only as award titles, and only in non-academic, social, ceremonial, or courtesy contexts, such as public events or recognitions. All references must clearly indicate their honorary and non-academic nature, for example:
    “Recipient, UHAC Honorary Doctorate Award of Excellence.
  • Prohibited Uses
    UHAC awards, titles, certificates, or recognitions must not be used:
    As academic degrees or credentials On CVs, resumes, or academic publications For employment eligibility or promotion claims In medical, legal, or regulated professional practice To imply accreditation, authority, or statutory recognition Any misuse or misrepresentation may result in revocation of the award and further action as deemed appropriate by UHAC.

    Certified under ISO 9001:2015 by an IAF-accredited certification body
    These registrations and certifications confirm organizational identity, quality management systems, and operational compliance only. They do not imply government endorsement, academic authority, degree granting power, or statutory recognition of UHAC awards. UHAC does not claim affiliation, approval, or authorization from: The Government of India or any State Government University Grants Commission (UGC) AICTE or any statutory or regulatory authority Any foreign government or intergovernmental body.
  • Awards & Fees Policy UHAC does not charge any fee for: Award nomination Eligibility Selection Conferral All awards are merit-based, evaluated by an internal independent panel according to UHAC’s criteria. Optional Lifetime Membership UHAC offers an optional Lifetime Membership providing access to networking, promotional support, and community initiatives.
  • UHAC Lifetime Membership
    The Universal Honorary Award Council (UHAC) offers an optional Lifetime Membership designed for individuals who wish to remain long-term participants in UHAC’s mission, community, and initiatives.
    Lifetime Members become part of the UHAC global network, gaining ongoing access to:
    Community engagement and collaborative initiatives
    Networking with fellow awardees and professionals Opportunities for participation in UHAC programs, events, and social initiatives
    Promotional visibility and organizational support aligned with UHAC activities Continued association with UHAC’s humanitarian and recognition efforts The Lifetime Membership is a voluntary association-based contribution that supports the operational, outreach, and community-building activities of the organization. Membership is independent of the award selection process, which is conducted through UHAC’s merit-based evaluation framework by an internal independent panel. Individuals may choose to participate in UHAC activities with or without membership, based on their interest and level of engagement with the organization.
